1.个人简介（不超过300字）
本科毕业于长沙理工大学攻读土木工程学士学位，在华南理工大学获得硕士、博士学位。并于2017年~2020年在广州肖宁道路工程技术研究事务所有限公司担任养护管理部部长，深入参与深汕西、长深、阳茂、开阳等高速改扩建项目、南沙大桥等钢桥面铺装项目、阳信高速等新建项目的无损检测、施工质量监控和材料结构研究。长期担任International Journal of Pavement Engineering, Advances in Civil Engineering Materials, Nondestructive Testing and Evaluation, KSCE Journal of Civil Engineering, Scientific Reports, Infrastructures, Applied Science, Sustainability, Materials等10余本道国际权威期刊审稿人。获中国施工企业管理协会工程建设科学技术进步二等奖、广东省市政行业协会科学技术特等奖等3项。
